How to Place an Internet Order

Search options:

Find the product(s) you want by using our various search options:

• Browse through our online catalog
• Use our search page

To select an item:
To select an item, click the Add to My Cart button and the product will be added to your shopping cart.

To continue shopping:
If you would like to continue shopping from the shopping cart page, at any time click on the Continue Shopping button. You can return to your shopping bag by clicking View Cart button.

To check out:
When you are ready to buy the items you've selected, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. Be sure to select the correct shipping option.

To complete an order:
Fill in the order information, including any personal messages you wish to send with your purchase. Be sure to provide your complete e-mail address (e.g. RSmith@aol.com) and the correct credit card information, or we will be unable to process your order.

To finish your order
Click the Send Order button on the bottom left corner of the page.

After you have submitted your order:
After your order is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation that will confirm your order.

Important: Please submit your billing information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. We have to verify name, complete address, and phone number before we process any order. Submitting incorrect or invalid billing information will cause an order or be delayed or canceled. Also we must have mutual consent on all drop ship items.

Missing order or confirmation and backorders

When you place an order with Calculators USA via the Internet you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If an item on your order is out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you whether you would like us to ship or wait for the entire order to be processed.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email:
If you did not get an order confirmation email after submitting your order, we did not receive your order. Please note: If you placed your order on Saturday or Sunday, please allow till Monday to receive your confirmation, as we are closed on the weekend. Otherwise, please try to place your order again either through the Internet or by calling our toll-free customer service number (1-800-272-0272).

If you do not receive your order:

If you did receive an order confirmation page, but did not receive an order, we may have had a problem contacting you via e-mail or with your delivery. You can call 1-800-272-0272, please provide us with the ship-to name and address and e-mail address.

Checking the status of your order

You are anxiously awaiting your new Calculators USA order, and we want to let you know when your order will arrive.

When is my order going to arrive?
Your order will generally be shipped within one to two days of receipt. We will also notify you if the product you ordered is out of stock and when we expect to ship it to you. Please note the shipping times below are in addition to the days processing time noted above. 

Standard shipping
If the products you ordered are in stock, in most instances we will ship your order within one to two days after receiving the order. If the shipping address is in the continental United States, your order should arrive within one to two weeks via United Parcel Service(UPS) (Note: Shipping times may vary seasonally.)

Overnight and other options
UPS Next Day, Second-day, and Third-day shipping options are available for an additional charge for orders being sent to addresses within the United States. Please note that the order processing time of one to two days should be added to overnight or second-day shipping.

What does this mean? You might be levied "brokerage" charges by UPS upon receiving your package. Please contact UPS for fees and exact details.

Should you wish to know the status of your shipped order, please call us at 1-800-272-0272, we will provide you with your UPS tracking number, you can call the UPS tracking system at 1-800-PICKUPS or visit their website at www.ups.com. This system will provide you with information regarding the current location of Calculators USA.

Requesting order changes and cancellations

If you have placed an order with Calculators USA and have decided to cancel the order, please call 1-800-272-0272 or email info@eaiusa.com. We will confirm the cancellation within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, we will provide you with information on how to return it.

Calculators USA return policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of your product, you may return it within thirty (30) days to Eric Armin Inc (EAI)/Calculators USA Order Dept. and obtain a full refund - less 10% restocking fee - of the original purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling charges. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization. To obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization, please contact our sales department at 800-272-0272.  If your original payment was made by check, EAI will issue a check for the return; if the original payment was made by credit card, your credit card account will be credited. Please allow one billing cycle for credits to be issued on your credit card.  If returning an order paid by debit card, please be aware that it will still take several days for the funds to be returned to your bank account.

You must return the product at your expense in undamaged condition in the original packaging with the manual instructions and warrantee card. We cannot refund your order if the product is damaged in anyway due to accidental or abusive use or has been used, worn, sized etc. Your return authorization number and a copy of the original packing slip must accompany the return, with an explanation as to why the product is being returned. Upon receipt of the returned product to Eric Armin Inc. (EAI)/Calculators USA Order Dept., a refund will be made to you for the original purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.

Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective merchandise is returned within the first 30 days of purchase. An explanation of the nature of the defect must be included with the returned merchandise. A copy of the original packing slip must accompany the returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for the shipping expense to return the product.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

At Calculators USA, we take the security of your online transactions seriously. Our shopping system supports Netscape's SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption process, which is supported by the Netscape, Microsoft, and America Online browsers. SSL encryption makes your online ordering safe and is the adopted standard for processing a secure credit card order over the Internet.

An easy way to check if your browser has connected to a secure transaction server and is in secure mode is to look for a solid gold key    in the Netscape browsers or a locked lock   in the Microsoft browsers located in the bottom of your window.

Is the ordering process secure?
At the end of the ordering process I saw a browser message that said: "The info you have submitted is insecure and could be observed in transit by a third party . . . it would be safer for you to cancel the submission." Ordering is secure. Once the order has been sent, it is necessary (for performance reasons) to move back to the non-secured server. The order acknowledgment page performs this function. After reading that the order has been sent, and pressing "continue", Netscape (and MS IE) display the message telling the you that you are now moving off of the secured server.
